Home Helpers and Direct Link’s “Franchisee of the Year” award was established to honor the franchisee(s) who demonstrates leadership and excellence in a variety of areas. The Doepkes were nominated and chosen to receive this award out of the nearly 500 franchise owners based on their numerous contributions to the franchise organization, including mentoring other franchise owners and helping to develop the new franchisee training program. Their franchise is also seeing a significant increase in sales and their outstanding customer service and overall dedication also played a major role in the decision to award them this prestigious honor.
“Michael and Mary Doepke are role models for our entire franchise system,” Emma Dickison, president of Home Helpers, said. “They have shown their dedication to our system countless times through their dedicated leadership, efforts in exceeding customer expectations, commitment to quality service and mentorship of franchisees. These qualities make them an ideal choice for this award, and we are proud to have them as members of our franchise family.”
