We Love Taking Care of People

As a result of aging, illness, injury or pregnancy, loved ones often request or require assistance with daily living. That's what we do best.

Use us for a few days, or a few weeks. We will be there when you need us….up to 24 hours a day.

Senior Care

senior care

Home Helpers offers personalized non-medical senior care services. We help older adults remain active and independent in the comfort of their own home for longer than otherwise possible.

Today, many families are simply not able to provide the day-to-day assistance often needed for their loved ones. Sometimes work, personal obligations and geographical distance can make it very difficult for them to help out. It's important to provide companionship to a loved one so that they do not feel left alone and live a happier life.

Our senior care is provided anywhere needed: in the home, retirement community, nursing home, hospital or rehabilitation center.

Home Helper's personalized senior care services are given with the same dedicated support often provided by loved ones and family members. Services are tailored to meet individual needs and may include personal care when necessary. Senior care can include:

Free In-Home Consultation

Senior care services at Home Helpers begin with a free in-home consultation. This meeting accomplishes many things:

  • Proper assessment of the client's needs
  • Making sure our services can be safely and properly performed
  • Matching your loved one's needs to a caregiver with the best personality and skills

With Home Helpers, every client relationship is managed by a highly-experienced supervisor. The supervisor will make on-going recommendations because your loved one's needs may change over time.

Home Helpers' experienced and compassionate caregivers are bonded, insured and thoroughly screened. Our caregivers are our employees, not subcontractors, and are fully covered by insurance and workers compensation.

Mommy Care

Assisting new moms with their household responsibilities

When you bring your baby home from the hospital, you have your hands full. You'll need help and Home Helpers is ready to give you some relief. We can assist you in many ways allowing you to get that needed rest…even to sleep through the night! While you take care of your baby, we'll care for you and your family.

Recuperative Care

Helping you to get better

Getting well can take just a few days, weeks or longer. During that time, Home Helpers can provide you with that little extra help around the house while you are recouperating. Whether it's taking care of the family or everyday needs, our experienced and well-trained staff offers that caring help you'll need.

Continuing Care

Sustained support for those facing lifetime disabilities

As a result of a birth defect, illness or disease, many people face lifelong challenges and require ongoing care or assistance. Home Helpers can provide you with the care and support necessary to help you maintain your lifestyle and achieve a desired quality of life.

Emergency Monitoring

Most Seniors would prefer to age in place in the comfort and privacy of their own home. Direct Link, a personal emergency response system (PERS), can help you safely stay at home and keep your independence for longer than might otherwise be possible. In fact, 87% of people with a PERS say it was an important factor in their decision to continue living in their home.

Direct Link In-Home Emergency Response can be used alone or for added protection when caregivers or family members are unable to be with you. You and your loved ones will have peace of mind knowing help is there for you, day or night, at the touch of a button.
