Our Caregivers
Our caregivers are the key to our company’s success, so hiring the best employees is our #1 priority. The next objective is to find the perfect match between caregiver and client.
While many of our caregivers are licensed Certified Nursing Assistants, all are compassionate individuals with a loving heart and significant caregiving experience. Our caregivers and companions possess a genuine desire to help people. We focus on essential qualities such as patience, understanding and dependability.
Since job responsibilities and client requests change daily, good listening skills are essential. The ability to communicate information to clients, their family members and Home Helpers staff is all important.

A complimentary in-home consultation is scheduled and performed for each client prior to beginning services. This consultation is free of charge and is designed to identify the specific needs of the client.
Upon completion of the in-home consultation, a caregiver is selected and may receive additional training in order to meet the specific needs of that client. You always have the right to meet and approve of the caregiver prior to the start of the assignment. Our ongoing client satisfaction program helps to insure that each caregiver meets and exceeds the client’s expectations.
